Location

A good hotel for "budget minded" traveler's. This hotel is simple, no frills, no amenities or services. But at a great price and a great midtown location. Just off of 5th Avenue on 28th Street, good for sightseeing - only 5 blocks from the Empire State Building. A short walk to Madison Square Garden, Macy's Herald Square and all midtown shopping. The Latham Hotel is more of a 'hostel style' property and 50% of the hotel is occupied by permanent residents in addition to short stay guests.
