The hotel is located on Park Avenue in the Murray Hill section of Manhattan, 4 blocks south of Grand Central terminal and 5 blocks from the Empire State building.

Exterior

Original brownstone mansion built in 1870 with a restored traditional facade. Currently a white and red brick building with a classical appearance.

Lobby

Contemporary lobby designed in warm mahogany and marble with fine Japanese details. Both tea room and a lobby shop are just off of the lobby area. Sculptures and paintings by renowned artists are prominently displayed.

Rooms

Each room is custom-designed with warm mahogany and cherry furnishings and decorated with wood and light colors. Marble bathrooms, some with sunken Japanese bathtubs, are elegant and spacious.
