This Bed and breakfast hotel is located in peaceful Kensington Gardens Square in the heart of Bayswater, a short walk from Bayswater and Queensway underground stations with their excellent connections to the West End. Hyde Park, Portobello Antiques Market and Kensington Palace are also only a short walk away.

Exterior

This is converted from an old townhouse. The facade is in good decorative order, painted in pale yellow.

Lobby

The lobby is small in size and simply decorated with a main reception desk, and a connected television room with a large lcd screen and a comfortable leather sofa.

The rooms vary in size and shape due to the age of the building, but on average they are small.
