This Bed and breakfast hotel is located in peaceful Kensington Gardens Square in the heart of Bayswater, a short walk from Bayswater and Queensway underground stations with their excellent connections to the West End. Hyde Park, Portobello Antiques Market and Kensington Palace are also only a short walk away.

Exterior

The hotel is converted from an old townhouse. The facade is in good decorative order, painted in pale yellow.

Lobby

The lobby is small in size and very simply decorated with a main reception desk and an adjoining tv room with a large lcd screen and comfortable leather sofa.

Rooms

The rooms vary in size and shape due to the age of the building, but on average they are small. They are in fair conditions, very simply decorated with the majority f rooms furnished with light laminate flooring and decorated with light pastel colours. The decor varies in each room. All the no facility rooms have a shower cubicle only , but are without toilet. Separate toilet rooms are to be found on each floor.
