The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Dubai's financial district, with a panoramic view of the Arabian Sea. Dubai International Airport is only 10 minutes away and banks, shopping malls, airline offices, e-commerce industry are all within walking distance.

Exterior

This is a tall, modern, white building which has been built with the use of a lot of glass.

The lobby is medium sized with the reception at the left side, on the right side is the lounge cafe and at the centre you can see all the floors and 2 glass elevators up to the rooftop.
