Location

Very central, in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions and the shopping areas. Thirty metres from the "Ponte Vechio" Florence's oldest bridge and the only one not to have been blown up by the retreating Germans back in World War Two.

Exterior

The hotel is converted from an old building dating back from the twelth century. The front facade however was added later and is in a traditional, elegant architectural style.

Lobby

The lobby has been completely renovated and although the area is fairly small, it is decorated to a very high standard with arches and a polished marble floor.

Rooms

The rooms vary in size and all are elegantly furnished in a mixture of modern and classical style. Parquet flooring and marble bathrooms are complimentary to the classical style of the hotel.
