Right next door to the Ponte Vecchio this hotel is in a perfect position for immediate access, by foot to all of Florence's major attractions such as the Uffizi Gallery, The Duomo, and Ghilberti's Golden "Doors of Paradise". The hotel itself is in a quiet courtyard off the busy Lungarno street which offers a very serene and quiet setting.

The building is a fifteenth century Renaissance style seven storey palazzo.

Completely redesigned, it is medium in size with a marble floor and white plaster walling with many sketches and paintings by prominent artists.

The junior suites are furnished in a minimalistic and modern style.Simple but extremely fine and comfortable,they have polished dark parquet flooring,white plaster walls with black borders and white bedspreads. This two tone effect works very well and helps to make this hotel completely unique.
