The hotel is situated in the city centre on 898 West Broadway. We are adjacent to Vancouver General Hospital, close to the University of British Columbia, Downtown Vancouver, Granville Island, Kitsilano Beach, Science World, Stanley Park, GM, BC Place and within a short walk to the world renowned Granville Island and to over sixty both local and international restaurants. Next door to hotel you will find Popular Earl's Restaurant, Tim Horton's, Fairview Pub and Rugby Club. Many of our rooms overlook spectacular views of the Vancouver city sky-line with the North Shore Mountains in the background

7 floors, all floors with private balconies, Concrete building, Parking lobby level and underground and open air parking behind the hotel. During the latest renovation as of June 2005 sound proof laminated windows has been installed.
