Location

The hotel is situated directly on the banks of river salzach overlooking the old town, with magnificent views of the castle on one side.

Exterior

The hotel is an impressive traditional building with a stone facade, everything one would expect from one of the leading hotels of the world.

Lobby

The lobby is impressive as the main staircase leads from the lobby up through the entire hotel. It is small in size and traditional in design leading through to a coffee/bar area with a large seating area with plush chairs and sofas.

Rooms

Due to the staircase being a main feature of the hotel, all the rooms open onto a landing surrounding the staircase. Rooms are all elegantly and individually furnished, many with original antiques. Both rooms and bathrooms are in good condition.
