The hotel is on St Kilda Road - Melbourne's famous boulevard - close to the commercial district and is 10 minute tram ride or 25 minutes' walk to the City Centre (2.5km). Opposite is Albert Park - home to F1 Australian Grand Prix. Very pleasant part of Melbourne not far from the CBD. Also easy access to St Kilda beach and Luna Park.
